First Post

Hello world, this will be my first post of many to this blog "Fish Out of Water". I was given the nickname Fish by one of my hockey coaches at a young age, because my last name is Fisher, and the nickname has stuck ever since. This blog will be about anything and everything that is on my mind, and nothing will be off limits. I'm thinking about trying writing as a career and think this may be a good way to start. The saying is "write what you know", and that is exactly what I plan on doing. Well, here's to the start of something new!
